The Kanosuke Double Distillery Blended Whisky is a testament to the artistry and heritage of Japanese whisky-making, crafted from the expertise of two distilleries in Kagoshima on Japan’s southwest coast. This exquisite blend brings together the distinctive personalities of the Hioki and Kanosuke distilleries, creating a harmonious and unique whisky experience.

This blend includes a pot still barley whisky distilled at Hioki and a single malt distilled at Kanosuke, both aged at Kanosuke Distillery. The use of diverse cask types, following the legacy of Kanosuke Komasa, ensures a mellow, full-flavored whisky that stands out in the world of Japanese spirits.

Tasting Notes:
— Color: Clear amber brown
— Nose: Vanilla, mint, melon, peach, apricot, lemongrass
— Palate: Rich with notes of cinnamon, black tea, orange, and clove
— Finish: Oaky with a rich fruit aroma, well-balanced with a touch of bitterness
