This third edition of Diplomatico’s Distillery Collection is made using high quality sugar cane honey and distilled in the Copper Pot Still that was first brought to the La Miel distillery in 1959. Designed by the Master Blenders for true rum aficionados, it showcases the distillate at the heart of Diplomatico’s unique profile. The nose of this rum, aged in white oak, marries dark spices and ginger with warm tropical fruits. Pineapple, espresso, molasses and baking chocolate each make an appearance on a palate of remarkable balance.
