How does this clean it?

These caps plug the open holes on the bong so you can shake the bong with cleaning solution to clean. Remove the bowl and downstem from the bong, insert the small plug into the bong first, then pour rubbing alcohol and salt into the top of the bong. Plug the top of the bong with the larger cap and shake. Be sure to shake with your hands on the caps to prevent any spillage.
