Crafted from bullet-proof Corten® steel, each one is carefully cut and crafted with impressive detail and designed to be easy to install. Please Note: If the wood is too hard for installation, drill a hole a little smaller than the spike, then hammer it in firmly making sure there is no movement in the bird.

Our birds are made from Premium Corten Steel which is weathering steel designed to quickly develop a patina on the surface to create a protective barrier against further rusting. That means that our birds last for decades. The birds develop a rich patina naturally over time which then gives a layer of protection sealing in the steel and preserving it. That means that Metalbirds last for decades.
In the ten years we have been installing Metalbirds, we have not come across any issues regarding damage or distress on trees.
