The the size chart for this bracelet is as follows.

S ( 7.0 Wrist Circumference, Length 7.75 )
M ( 7.25 Wrist Circumference, Length 8.0 )
L ( 7.5 Wrist Circumference, Length 8.25 )

Most bracelets have .5 length addition to the circumference length but the
bigger beads, 8mm, need a little extra room, so we add .75.
