The max distance is can cover is about 20 feet.

What size/type memory card does it take?

The RemoBell does not have a memory card, it stores videos on the cloud instead since it is much more secure. You will still be able to view videos live and if someone rings your doorbell.

Is there a service fee?

You will be able to see videos live and if someone rings your doorbell for free. However, if you would like to see missed motion events that were recorded and you did not see them live when they were happening, it's recommended that you get a cloud storage plan for $3 a month or $30 a year in order to view all missed motion events for up to 30 days.

How long do the batteries last?

Battery life really depends on usage. Typically, the batteries will last 4 months. The batteries that come with the device are rechargeable, so you can choose to continue using those if you have a charger, or you can use regular AA batteries.

Are you able to view the live feed while it is recording?

Yes, you will get a notification when someone rings the bell or motion is detected and you can view the feed as it records.

When someone rings the doorbell how long will it take for you could get the video of the person in real time?

Depending on your phone, wifi, and internet connection, the notification will be practically instant. Tapping the notification will open the app and you will be presented with the live feed.
