What is the weight capacity?

The weight capacity of the Hero (and all Cycloc products) is directly related to the type of wall structure the unit will be mounted on.

Plasterboard / stud walls typically have a lower capacity than solid masonry walls.

If mounting on plasterboard the included wall plugs will have to be swapped out for a heavy duty plasterboard specific fixing.

For guidance, we suggest the following limits -

Masonry HRM - 30Kg
Plasterboard EHP - 15Kg
