Embedded in the body of the Barisieur, the stay-fresh coffee drawer conveniently stores over a week's worth of ground coffee or tea in a sealed container with an included stainless steel scoop. The two layered mesh-filter lets more coffee oils through to create a fully-bodied beverage without the grittiness and sediment at the bottom of your cup. This makes it a superior alternative to wasteful paper filters. Barisieur will even keep milk cold thanks to a smart refrigerator that uses an infrared sensor to detect if milk is present. It regulates it at 37-41°F to maintain freshness.
