Constantinople mint. 3/4 length figure of Christ Antiphonetes facing, wearing nimbus cruciger, pallium and colobium, raising right hand in benediction, holding book of Gospels, IC-XC in fields. / IC-XC NI-KA in two lines divided by a jeweled cross with globules at the extremities. Black patina.
