Abasolo Ancestral Corn Whisky is produced from 100% non-GMO Cachuazintle corn grown in the hills of Jilotepec, Abasolo. Produced using the 4,000 year old cooking technique of nixtamalization, this exceptional whisky embodies the importance and essence of corn in Mexican culture.
